Indeed, it is allowed to enter Turkey for tourism. That means you are able to spend your vacation in the Antalya Province at anytime if your country permits to travel (and to travel to Turkey). Of course, the Turkish government is very active in the fight against Covid-19, which means you will still have few "rules" or guidelines to follow if you want to be safe and comfortable during your holiday.

First of all, 72h BEFORE arriving to Turkey, you need to register your trip on the official government website register.health.gov.tr. Boarding may be denied without this registration. 

Then, you will either need a negative Covid-19-PCR-Test, a negative rapid antigen test, a proof of vaccination or a documentation of recovery from COVID-19 to board your plane and enter Turkey. When you arrive in Turkey, some other requirements are needed to be followed.

Cases per Province: A map with the cases in the provinces of Turkey is only available on the Turkish language version of the Covid-19 overwiew of the Turkish Ministry of Healt. There you can also view the current amount of positive tests in Antalya. 

Covid-19 Insurance: There is a government supported insurance for Covid-19 treatment in Turkey for tourists. The website is CovidInsurance4Turkey.com.
