WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?

The payment due date depends on the contract volume. A small-scale catering can be paid for on site by credit card. With larger caterings, depending on the partner, location and hotel, advance payment is common. Please contact us, we will gladly provide you with all the details.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL AT SHORT NOTICE?

This depends on your type of catering. A small-scale catering can often be canceled free of charge a few days in advance. This is usually not possible with larger caterings. Partners often have to do some preliminary work, which can result in a cancellation fee in the event of short-term cancellations. We always try to keep the cancellation costs for our customers as low as possible.

DO YOU PROVIDE SILVERWARE?

If desired, we organize the catering together with all the silverware - including plates, glasses, forks, knives and spoons - and all other utensils.

CAN YOU DECORATE THE LOCATION?
