WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?

Normally a small prepayment is required after booking. The remaining payment is in general due between 4 and 8 weeks prior to your arrival. All in all, it depends on the type of incentive you have booked.

CAN WE ALSO BOOK A TRAINING ROOM?

ARE UPGRADES POSSIBLE FOR CEO, GROUP LEADERS OR VIP?

In general, an upgrade is possible at 4 or 5 star hotels. An upgrade is only an option in hotels with different room categories. 3 star hotels usually only have one room category. Get in touch with us, we will take care of it.

CAN YOU SET UP A RECEPTION AREA?

It is possible to set up a reception area at the entrance of the location or in the lobby. We can also arrange suitable staff for the reception, hostesses and catering.
