After about one kilometer, you reach the highest point and also one of the most beautiful viewpoints on Göynük Hiking Trail. You will recognize it by a wooden fountain right in front. The fountain offers fresh spring water. The bench next to it is a good place for a break with a stunning view of the river.
Next, there is a 2-kilometer trail that goes over a rather steep slope, leading to the canyon.
The end of the hiking trail is marked by a cabin that stands by a picturesque lake. With guided hiking tours and appropriate equipment, the canyon itself can also approached from here.
