- By car : It is very easy to drive to the cable car by rental car. You just have to follow the main road D-400 until a signposted exit between Camyuva and Tekirova appears. Follow this road for another 7 kilometers until you reach the base station.
- By bus : Another good option to reach the cable car is by public transportation. From the city center of Antalya, take one of the following bus lines: KC71, KM61, KC71A, 504, 504A, 600A, TK92, KL08, UC11, UC11A, TK36, DK38, VC57 and VC59. Drive to "5M-Migros" station and change to the intercity buses to Tekirova. Then drive to the base station of Olympos cable car.

The Olympos Teleferik aerial lift was built within three years by the leading companies Doppelmayr and Garaventa. It was put into operation for the first time on June 17, 2007.
The name of the cable car is derived from the name of Mount Olympus, which in ancient times was considered as the abode of the Greek gods. The local inhabitants considered it to be “Mount Olympus” because of its impressive height.
