What can I do at Sandland?

Sandland has an area of about 10.000 square-meters on the world-famous Lara beach of Antalya. Every year the visitors can see splendid sand sculptures out of sand with a brand new theme. There are hundreds of sand sculptures of various sizes are exhibited in approximately 50 sub-themes.

Sandland has the motto as `World’s Most Fantastic Museum`. The visitors finds  mythological characters out of sand from all over the world. 

Greek and Egyptian mythological characters, 7 Wonders of the World, Eiffel Tower, Colloseum and many other interesting works are awaiting in the Sandland.

Children can enjoy an area for playing with kinetic sand and spend time with various exciting activities that increase their creativity. 

The visitors can watch the production process of the works and see related videos of the artists.

When the giant sculptures are illuminated with LED lights in the evening with a music choosen elaborately, everything seems and feels more fascinating in Sandland.

Entrance, Tickets and Tours

Sandland is open all year long. It can be visited every day and the visiting hours changes according to season. During summer, May to October, it’s open from 9:00 to 22:00 and during the winter, November to April, it is open from 9:00 to 19:00.

  • Children from 3 years old are suppossed to have tickets to get inside. Children between 3-12 years old gets discounted tickets.

How to get to Sandland

Sandland is located on Lara Beach, in the Muratpaşa district of Antalya Lara is about 18 km southeast of Antalya city center.

  • Bus: The closest station is “Lara” with the bus number: KL08, LF10, LF09, LC07A
  • From Antalya Airport: You can get off at the “Lara” stop by taking the bus number 800.
  • From Bus terminal: You can get off at the “Lara” stop by taking the bus number TC93.
  • From Kepez: You should take one of the buses numbered: VF01, VF66, TCD49 and get off at the “100.Yıl” stop. You can reach Sandland when you get off at “Lara” stop by taking one of the buses KL08, LF10, LF08 from here.

History of the Sandland
