Normally a small prepayment is required after booking. The remaining payment is, in general, due between 4 and 8 weeks prior to your arrival. All in all, it depends on the type of incentive you have booked.

In general, an upgrade is possible at 4- and 5-star hotels. An upgrade is only an option in hotels with different room categories. 3-star hotels usually only have one room category. Get in touch with us, we will take care of it.

It's possible to set up a reception area at the entrance of the location or in the lobby. We can also arrange suitable staff for the reception, hostesses, and catering. Please note, however, that not every hotel accepts special requests of this kind. Alternatively, we can find a suitable meeting or incentive space.

In the event of a cancellation with short notice, we will help you to keep the cancellation fee as low as possible. This is always determined by the conditions of pre-booked hotel rooms, meeting rooms, and the remaining components of the accompanying program.
