Payment is by taximeter. In Turkey, city or province authorities set taxi fares. The Antalya taxi fare was last fixed in June 2022 and published in the official fare regulation.

It is binding for all taxis and taxi companies within the travel area and may neither be exceeded nor undercut.

This is ensured with officially calibrated taximeters installed in the taxis. As a rule, you can see this in electronic form on the driver's rear-view mirror.

Payment is usually in cash, although some taxis accept credit cards. In the case of non-cash payment, an identity document must be shown at the driver's request. The passenger is entitled to a receipt.
